My passion for this industry was ignited in 2012, when I had the unforgettable experience of cooking in the kitchen at Petrus by Gordon Ramsay on my birthday. That moment cemented my love for hospitality, and I’ve been dedicated to creating memorable, brand-defining experiences ever since.
